Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field or one year prior experience in finance.
Being able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime including weekends and holidays as business conditions warrant.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Responsibilities

Researching and processing account payable invoices
Balancing batches
Filing and submitting to supervisors for approval
Assisting vendors
Reconciling invoices with receivers
Organizing invoices
Assisting with weekly and monthly check processing
Covering the switchboard as needed
Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
