About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to support high-volume invoice processing across multiple locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred)
  • 3–5 years of accounts payable experience
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process and enter high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and completeness
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices for multiple locations
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies
  • Provide general support to internal locations as needed
  • Assist with receptionist coverage when required
