Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field or one year prior experience in finance.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in accounting-related field
  • Previous experience in manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Researching and processing account payable invoices
  • Balancing batches, filing and submitting to supervisors for approval
  • Assisting vendors, and reconciling invoices with receivers
  • Organizing invoices and assisting with weekly and monthly check processing
  • Covering the switchboard as needed
  • Being able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime including weekends and holidays as business conditions warrant
  • Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
