About The Position

Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Manager to support their growing operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, drivers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and execution of high-end furniture deliveries. The Accounts Manager plays a critical role in coordinating white glove delivery services, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate operational data. This is a fast-paced, logistics-driven position that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and emails from clients
• Schedule and coordinate white glove furniture deliveries
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Act as the liaison between customers, drivers, and shipping partners
• Ensure all parties are aligned on delivery expectations and service levels
• Support day-to-day logistics execution
• Input and manage delivery data within internal systems
• Track key metrics and maintain accurate records
• Utilize Excel and other tools to support reporting and visibility
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide proactive updates and communication
• Deliver a high level of service aligned with Clark's standards
