About The Position
Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Manager to support our growing operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact between our clients, drivers, and internal teams-ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and execution of high-end furniture deliveries. Position Overview The Accounts Manager plays a critical role in coordinating white glove delivery services, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate operational data. This is a fast-paced, logistics-driven position that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Excel and general computer systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or account management preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and emails from clients
- Schedule and coordinate white glove furniture deliveries
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Act as the liaison between customers, drivers, and shipping partners
- Ensure all parties are aligned on delivery expectations and service levels
- Support day-to-day logistics execution
- Input and manage delivery data within internal systems
- Track key metrics and maintain accurate records
- Utilize Excel and other tools to support reporting and visibility
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide proactive updates and communication
- Deliver a high level of service aligned with Clark's standards
