About The Position

Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Manager to support our growing operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact between our clients, drivers, and internal teams-ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and execution of high-end furniture deliveries. Position Overview The Accounts Manager plays a critical role in coordinating white glove delivery services, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate operational data. This is a fast-paced, logistics-driven position that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Excel and general computer systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment
  • Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or account management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and emails from clients
  • Schedule and coordinate white glove furniture deliveries
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Act as the liaison between customers, drivers, and shipping partners
  • Ensure all parties are aligned on delivery expectations and service levels
  • Support day-to-day logistics execution
  • Input and manage delivery data within internal systems
  • Track key metrics and maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to support reporting and visibility
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide proactive updates and communication
  • Deliver a high level of service aligned with Clark's standards
