About The Position

This position is responsible for accounting and administrative duties. Office of Public Instruction employees are a passionate group of professionals dedicated to leading and supporting our education system. Requirements

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Knowledge of file and records management.
Skilled in providing customer service.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
Ability to prioritize assignments from multiple sources.
Ability to work with interruptions.
Ability to handle difficult situations.
Ability to recognize confidential information and respond with discretion and professionalism.
High School diploma.
Two years’ experience with word processing systems.
Other combinations of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
