The Accounting Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering reliable, compliant, and efficient financial and accounting services across the cooperative. This position oversees accounting operations in accordance with Rural Utilities Service (RUS) accounting practices, GAAP, and internal controls, ensuring transparent and trustworthy financial reporting. You will supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals while coordinating key activities such as financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and treasury functions. Bartlett Electric Cooperative has been in operation since 1936 and we are proud to be the first REA project energized in Texas and the nation.
