We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Supervisor to support the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time—while also supporting and guiding a team. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll oversee daily accounting workflows and ensure the integrity of financial data and processes. You’ll review work, support month-end activities, and help strengthen systems that keep the department running efficiently.

  • 2–3 years of accounting or related experience preferred
  • Accounting Degree or equivalent required (additional education in Accounting/Finance preferred)
  • Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, or accounting workflows is a must
  • Process improvement and change management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office systems
  • Familiarity with ACH and share draft processing preferred
  • This position requires adherence to all regulatory and policy requirements, as well as maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all work.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and workflows
  • Review reconciliations and journal entries for accuracy and completeness
  • Support month-end close activities and timelines
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and audit readiness
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and consistency across accounting workflows
  • Implement process improvements to support scalability and reduce risk
  • Supervise and support Accounting Representatives
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work
  • Help ensure consistency across accounting functions
