About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to play a key role in supporting our financial operations and advancing our mission. In this role, you’ll manage accounts payable and receivable, ACH disbursements, expense reporting, deposits, reconciliations, and assist with budgets, audits, and financial reporting. Your expertise will help ensure accuracy and transparency in our financial processes. If you have experience in accounting and are passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you! This position reports directly to the Senior Financial Coordinator.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and budgeting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and organized.

Nice To Haves

• Non-Profit Accounting Experience preferred but not required
• Nonprofit and fund accounting experience strongly preferred.
