About The Position

Nationwide Power is searching for a talented individual to join our incredible accounting team. You'll need strong clerical skills to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable duties with precision. Our new accounting specialist will be responsible for reconciling and posting payments, credit card submission, maintaining vendor relations, collections, and invoicing.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an accounting environment, with proven expertise in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and Internet navigation required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MieTrak accounting software and CRM systems preferred.
• Basic knowledge of UPS and battery makes/models and general troubleshooting procedures preferred.
