About The Position

Requirements

  • Two (2) plus years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience.
  • Experience using QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
  • Strong reconciliation and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing invoices, credit card reconciliations, and vendor accounts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation and processing of company invoicing and billing activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and enter accounting data into company systems.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Track and reconcile company credit card and vendor transactions.
  • Assist with maintaining billing rates and financial data within internal systems.
  • Support contract administration and maintain organized contract documentation.
  • Track and maintain company compliance documentation such as insurance certificates and business licenses.
  • Review and reconcile vendor invoices and expenses.
  • Maintain organized accounting and administrative records.
  • Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Perform all work consistent with BPR’s and clients’ policies and procedures.
  • Provide all services in an efficient, proactive, and client-focused manner.
