Responsibilities

Prepare monthly account reconciliations using Workday, including cash, mortgage loans receivables, single family escrows, and mortgage servicing related revenues and expenses
Assist in reconciling financial activity related to single family mortgage programs and grants
Review financial data and identify discrepancies, researching and resolving routine issues
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account analysis
Generate and review financial reports in Workday to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized documentation to support audits and compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal teams including Loan Servicing Accounting and program and grants management
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Follow established internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts related to Workday and accounting processes
