About The Position

In this exciting role as a Management Analyst II on the Contracts & Finance Team at the Office of Behavioral Health, you will: Provide contract and financial analysis and support to Agency Procurement & Program Administrators. Manage and coordinate the collection of information for audit requests. Coordinate with program management, financial staff, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely procurement and payment activities. Refresh and run financial reports supporting the manager of the unit. Process and research payments via accounting systems. Support aspects of RFP Coordination for the office. Analyze and support other non-contract procurement activities for the office such as the procurement card, travel arrangements & reservations, and other requisitions. Oversee the work of an Accounting Assistant Technician.

Requirements

  • In order to qualify, you must have eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
  • A demonstrated ability to successfully create and analyze financial reports using Microsoft Excel and other computer-based tools.
  • Experience in the development of contracts or financial processes; preferably procurement experience that involves an understanding of funding sources.
  • Experience processing invoices and payments, analyzing reconciliations, and troubleshooting financial and procurement activities to maintain compliance.
  • Experience working with others to gather data and/or summarize information related to projects, audits, or other requests.
