Requirements
- Basic knowledge of routine clerical methods and office practices and procedures as they related to the clerical processing and recording of transactions and accounting information.
- Relative computer knowledge and skill
- Very good proficiency in various PC business software programs MS
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Organization Relationships: Reports to Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
- Journal Entry, data entry, monthly closing
- Receive and process AP Invoices from the branches
- Communicate with branches on all accounting-related issues
- Prepare the Monthly Payment lists
- Tax list – Due 15th of each month
- Assist with AP as needed
- Prepare Monthly Manual Schedule
