About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to lead core accounting functions with a strong emphasis on ERP implementation/migration & M&A integration. This role plays a key part in modernizing our financial infrastructure and driving process improvement projects while maintaining operational excellence and ensuring compliance with accounting standards during and after system transitions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
Proven experience leading or participating in ERP implementation or migration projects (e.g., NetSuite strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
Understanding of purchase accounting and ASC 805 (Business Combinations).
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets and system integrations.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality

Nice To Haves

Experience with M&A transactions is a strong plus.
Experience in high-growth or acquisitive companies, particularly during transformational periods.

Responsibilities

Serve as the accounting lead on data migration projects and ERP implementation projects
Assist with financial due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
Lead data integrity and reconciliation efforts before, during, and after system cutover.
Train and support accounting staff on new systems and workflows.
Evaluate and improve accounting systems, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency.
Define and document process changes, controls, and best practices
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors.
