Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive accounting operations or accounting experience in high-growth or public company environments.
  • Proven ability to build and scale accounting operations from the ground up and driving process transformation
  • Willingness to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a lean, pre-IPO setting
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to provide clarity and direction while leading through ambiguity.
  • Inclusive people leader with a track record of developing and empowering high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities
