Accounting Manager - Mexpress
About The Position
Accounting Manager will lead day-to-day accounting operations for the transportation company. Following completion of the accounting transformation to PE-standard processes, this steady-state operational role is essential to maintain our established accrual accounting systems, manage the monthly close cycle (5-day target), and supervise the accounting staff. The position will be hybrid (in-office/remote) and report to the Controller and COO. Core responsibilities include managing AP/AR/GL/payroll, performing monthly accruals (unbilled revenue and COGS matching), reconciling TMS to QuickBooks, and delivering accurate financial reporting to management and investors.
