The Accounting Manager plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of Rimrock Trails Treatment Services. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this position oversees core accounting and financial administration functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and financial record maintenance. This role helps ensure the financial systems supporting the organization operate efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with nonprofit financial management standards. The position works closely with leadership and operational teams to maintain strong financial practices that support the agency’s mission and program sustainability. Working closely with the Finance Director, this role provides broad exposure to nonprofit financial management and offers opportunities to expand leadership and financial oversight responsibilities over time, including the potential to develop the experience necessary for future advancement into the Finance Director role as organizational needs evolve.
