In this role, you’ll assist with essential accounting functions such as invoice processing, financial reporting, and administrative support. Requirements
- Must comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations
- Strong critical thinking, organization and time management skills
- Self-starter and motivated with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional in actions and appearance
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Pursuing a degree in accounting or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Route invoices to internal parties for payment approval and post into accounting system
- Perform account analysis and general ledger review
- Assist with monthly closing process
- Create, send, and track lien waivers
- Perform general office duties like scanning, filing, answering the phone
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Review credit card statements for accuracy against receipts
- Special projects as needed
