About The Position

Accounting and advisory partnerships is the largest channel at Tabs with the biggest opportunity for growth. We have a proven referral motion, a strong base of active partners, and a clear line of sight to what it takes to win. What we need now is someone who can take this foundation and scale it -- dramatically increasing activation rates, expanding our ecosystem by sourcing and onboarding net-new partners, improving pipeline quality, and building the commercial motions that will power the next phase of growth. This is a role for a builder who loves to own a number. You will manage and grow a portfolio of accounting and advisory firm relationships -- deepening engagement with existing partners while continuously hunting for new ones -- and be responsible for turning those relationships into predictable, high-quality pipeline. You will also have a real seat at the table: we want someone who brings new ideas on how we can operate better, engage partners more effectively, and use AI to work at a pace and quality that sets a new bar for the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, sales, consulting, fintech, B2B SaaS, or related operator roles.
  • Proven track record in a quota-carrying or commercially accountable role, ideally with responsibility for pipeline generation, partner activation, or revenue contribution.
  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage B2B SaaS or fintech is strongly preferred.
  • You are commercially driven and comfortable owning hard numbers.
  • You have executive presence and can build credibility with firm executives
  • You are tech-savvy and product-curious, and can quickly translate complex capabilities into clear, audience-specific value propositions.
  • You are AI-forward and constantly looking for ways to use new tools to work smarter, move faster, and increase impact.
  • You are a strategic thinker who can translate complex ecosystems into clear, executable plans
  • You are a strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • You have a high degree of ownership and a builder’s mentality
  • You have strong project management skills and high degree of polish in work output

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Accounting Advisory Firms or existing relationships within the Accounting Advisory ecosystem are a plus.
  • Understanding of revenue operations, contract-to-cash workflows, billing infrastructure, or finance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly revenue targets for the accounting channel
  • Build and manage a portfolio of accounting and advisory firm relationships with the goal of engaging new partners each quarter and increasing referral consistency from existing partners.
  • Drive step-change growth in the partner channel by identifying opportunities to scale efficiently, including leveraging AI and automation to increase output and improve performance.
  • Lead partner engagement by delivering product education, sharing market context, and shaping how partners position and identify high-quality opportunities for Tabs.
  • Maintain end-to-end visibility on partner-sourced deals, proactively identifying risks and stepping in at key moments to improve conversion outcomes.
  • Use data to understand where to invest time and resources—spot what’s working, what’s not, and adjust accordingly.
  • Turn partner and market feedback into actionable product direction, helping shape roadmap priorities and improve product-market fit.
  • Represent Tabs within the accounting ecosystem, building credibility and expanding influence through industry events, CFO forums, and partner-led environments.
