Accounting and advisory partnerships is the largest channel at Tabs with the biggest opportunity for growth. We have a proven referral motion, a strong base of active partners, and a clear line of sight to what it takes to win. What we need now is someone who can take this foundation and scale it -- dramatically increasing activation rates, expanding our ecosystem by sourcing and onboarding net-new partners, improving pipeline quality, and building the commercial motions that will power the next phase of growth. This is a role for a builder who loves to own a number. You will manage and grow a portfolio of accounting and advisory firm relationships -- deepening engagement with existing partners while continuously hunting for new ones -- and be responsible for turning those relationships into predictable, high-quality pipeline. You will also have a real seat at the table: we want someone who brings new ideas on how we can operate better, engage partners more effectively, and use AI to work at a pace and quality that sets a new bar for the team.
