About The Position

Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an Accounting & Endorsement Clerk for a rapidly growing client in the trucking insurance industry. The Accounting & Endorsement Clerk plays a key role in maintaining accurate policy records and supporting accounting functions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in QuickBooks Online, document processing, and transactional accuracy who can translate prior experience (such as title research, lease recording, or accounting clerk work) into insurance endorsement and policy support. Insurance experience is helpful but not required — we are looking for someone who understands how to manage high-volume, detail-oriented documentation and financial records with precision.

Requirements

  • Experience using QuickBooks Online (data entry, reconciliation, transaction tracking)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document-driven work
  • Ability to manage and process a high volume of records and transactions
  • Comfort working with standardized forms, legal or financial documents, and structured workflows
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Reliable and deadline-driven
  • Comfortable asking questions and learning new processes
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Professional communication and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in any of the following is highly transferable and encouraged:
  • Title research or title company work
  • Property management lease recording or administration
  • Accounting clerk or bookkeeping roles
  • Mortgage processing, loan servicing, or escrow support
  • Insurance processing or policy administration

Responsibilities

  • Process insurance endorsements, policy changes, and related documentation
  • Review, verify, and enter policy and endorsement data accurately into internal systems
  • Maintain financial records related to premiums, endorsements, and policy transactions in Q uickBooks Online
  • Reconcile transactions and assist with routine accounting tasks
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information
  • Track and organize digital and physical records for audit and compliance purposes
  • Support general administrative and accounting functions as needed
