The right Accounting Coordinator will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator. This candidate will provide general clerical services and support to the Finance Team in a professional and competent manner using established policies, procedures and expectations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable. Summary of Major Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for accounts payable vendor set-up confirmations Sorts and distributes daily mail for all properties Daily scanning of upgraded tickets Assists Sales Audit staff with filing, shred purges, collecting workpapers from properties, data entry, etc Prepares and inputs purchase orders for division Orders and maintains office supplies Assists Senior Accountant with retail, critical parts and asset inventory Manages confidential company documents, including retainage and destruction Responsible for Authorized Signature Forms for properties and uploads into Paperwise Maintains MSDS sheets, PEF forms and office supplies Assists with cash vault audits Projects based duties for Accounting Management Team Excellent understanding of internal controls as specified in Company Procedures Other tasks as required Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties
