How You’ll Make An Impact Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, use tax, and capitalization Enter and release invoices in the accounting system Communicate with properties regarding invoice questions Payment issuing process (Check Run) Vendor Statement Review Audit credit cards, expense reports, and petty cash Assist with 1099 Processing Qualifications Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience Intermediate spreadsheet and accounting software skills Strong organization, communication, and confidentiality skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Team-oriented and reliable What Will You Get At NCG Hospitality? Requirements

Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Intermediate spreadsheet and accounting software skills
Strong organization, communication, and confidentiality skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Team-oriented and reliable

Responsibilities

Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, use tax, and capitalization
