Our fiscal team is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk at our corporate office in Latrobe. As Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for the accounts payable system. Using your familiarity with accounts payable procedures and knowledge of QuickBooks, you will: Process invoices received from vendors after appropriate approvals are obtained, Prepare and process all related documents associated with purchasing, Distribute payments, Maintain check registers and payables registers, Oversee blank checks, maintain cash receipts, and prepare bank deposits, Maintain vendor contract file in relation to accounts payable, and Process other administrative functions such as vehicle registry, ordering office supplies, and recording inventory.
