Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping, but not required, preferably within an automotive dealership or related industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bank reconciliations, and financial documentation processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately record bank deposits, ensuring all funds received are properly documented and reconciled within the financial system.
• Support the finance team in sales documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Process and track F&I (Finance & Insurance) product payments and cancellations, maintaining up-to-date records that reflect customer agreements and dealership offerings.
• Assist with automotive billing tasks by providing excellent customer service to both internal teams and external clients working with F&I on customer rebate processing.
