Requirements

  • At least one (1) year of hotel accounting experience required
  • Microsoft Excel Experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to operate personal computer and calculator
  • Mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
  • At least two (2) years customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PEP-Hilton Property Management System a plus

Responsibilities

  • Sort and verify accuracy of Night Audit work (primarily receivables)
  • Post city ledger payments in property management system, reconcile and bill all city ledger accounts.
  • Perform follow-up billing and credit collection documentation and inform Controller of any potential uncollected accounts
  • Assist in reconciling open account status items
  • Assist with processing all approved AP invoices for payment ensuring that all signatures and backup is attached
  • Speak with previous/current guests and resolve billing inquires and issues
