Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting education is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Record the purchase of inventory
  • Perform data entry and verify accuracy of invoices and payments
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely financial information flow
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as required
