The Dealership Accounting Clerk ensures the validity and accuracy of accounting functions on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. They work to ensure a timely transfer of all information that affects accounting.In addition, this person provides administrative support such as typing, filing, data entry, and record keeping, and other duties assigned. This person must be detail-oriented, good with numbers, and skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). In addition, they must habr an understanding of basic accounting procedures, have accurate data entry skills and have the abilityto use an automated accounting system. Will need to reconcile sttements and ensure payments are consistent with set schedules. The preffered candidate has at least one year of experience in a position of similar responsibility. They must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
