Job Summary As an Accounting Clerk, your responsibilities will include: Accounts Payable Scan and upload bills to Teams promptly. Establish and maintain automated payments. Ensure timely and accurate payment of all bills. Resolve payment and billing issues with utility and other accounts. Maintain detailed transaction logs. Personal Spending Accounts Monitor accounts for all individuals served by Boone Supported Living. Ensure accounts remain in good standing and within expected balance ranges. Weekly, code and enter transactions into QuickBooks. Communication Expectations Provide weekly activity reports. Engage in one-on-one virtual meetings with your manager. Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders. Proactively identify and address potential or actual problems, presenting solutions to the team. Administrative Responsibilities Monitor the finance email inbox. Download and file monthly bank statements. Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your role. Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
