Applied Underwriters operates regulated insurance companies in the United States, Eurozone and other offshore locations. In addition, Applied Underwriters operates non-insurance companies in the United States.
The Shared Services Clerk provides operational and administrative support across client payroll, banking, and payment processing activities. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, daily bank activity support, and execution of routine payment-related tasks across multiple banking platforms. The position plays a critical role in maintaining transaction accuracy, timeliness, and control within the organization’s payment and cash management processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, treasury, or payment operations role.
• Basic understanding of banking transactions (ACH, wires, checks).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic Office applications.
