About The Position

Accounting Clerk We are excited to offer an opportunity with a well-established, regional, family-owned company that has been professionally managed and serving the hospitality and healthcare industries since 1934. This role will support the Controller and Assistant Controller in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Accounts Payable and Accounting function. Mohenis Services, Inc. is an executive, family-owned consulting company providing back office support to the linen rental supply and commercial laundry sector who provide linen and textile rental services to the hospitality, healthcare, and restaurant industries. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
2 plus years of accounting or related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with MAS500 accounting software is a plus

Responsibilities

Process and record accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure all invoices and expense reimbursements comply with company policies and procedures
Prepare payments by accruing expenses and assigning appropriate account codes
Assist with managing multiple accounting projects and deadlines
