About The Position

We are looking for an Accounting Customer Service Rep who will be responsible for a variety of administrative accounting tasks. The office works as a team and assists coworkers at any opportunity. The ideal applicant will be a true team player. About The Role This position includes Cash Accounting/Reconciliation, Administrative Assistant and Customer Service. Duties include, among others, performing data entry, handling customer/vendor inquiries, and maintaining records. Assist with improvement processes to create more job efficiency, following company's procedures and guidelines. Accounting tasks include, data entry of all payments coming into BTIS daily and mailing of commission checks. Customer Service duties would include answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department, and assisting customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior office experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling agency and customer interactions
  • A customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
  • Ability to review policy and account information, identify potential issues, and take appropriate action
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with equipment such as headsets, internet connectivity, or system access
  • Must type 40 words per minute
