We are looking for an Accounting Customer Service Rep who will be responsible for a variety of administrative accounting tasks. The office works as a team and assists coworkers at any opportunity. The ideal applicant will be a true team player. This position includes Cash Accounting/Reconciliation, Administrative Assistant and Customer Service. Duties include, among others, performing data entry, handling customer/vendor inquiries, and maintaining records. Assist with improvement processes to create more job efficiency, following company's procedures and guidelines. Accounting tasks include, data entry of all payments coming into BTIS daily and mailing of commission checks. Customer Service duties would include answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department, and assisting customers as needed.
