  • Basic Accounting Knowledge – Understanding of general accounting principles is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive Experience (Preferred, Not Required) – Experience in dealership accounting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Process Transactions – Accurately enter invoices, payments, and financial data into accounting systems including performing compliance on all incoming car deals.
  • Reconcile Accounts – Verify and balance accounts to maintain financial accuracy and post car deals in the General Ledger.
  • Assist with Month-End Close – Support reporting, journal entries, and financial reconciliations.
  • Maintain Records – Organize and manage financial documents for compliance and auditing, including check the accuracy of business transactions.
  • Support the Team – Assist with various accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate Effectively – Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
