About The Position

Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping financial operations accurate and running smoothly? St. Joseph’s Center, a caring nonprofit organization, is looking for an Accounting Clerk 2 at our Main Cetner. This position plays a vital role in supporting payroll and accounting functions that keep our organization moving forward. In this position, you’ll help ensure employees are paid correctly, invoices and financial records are handled with precision, and essential billing and accounting processes stay on track. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office environment
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of payroll processing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process and review payroll.
  • Maintain payroll records and reconciliations.
  • Manage invoice processing and distribution.
  • Administer resident financial transactions.
  • Enter financial data and support accounting operations.
  • Provide cross-department support as needed.
