About The Position

This position provides technical advice and support related to accounting operations. It also provides accounting support, identifies issues and provides guidance to University Departments to ensure that the accounting system reflects data supportive of current accounting procedures and requirements.

Requirements

(A) Bachelor's degree with a major in Accountancy or a related field AND two (2) years of professional level accounting experience.
OR (B) Possession of current registration as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant, or a valid license to practice Public Accounting (LPA).
OR (C) Master’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
Applicants for this position must be authorized to work in the U.S. without ISU sponsorship.
Sponsorship for work authorization will not be considered for this position.
Illinois residency requires proof of a valid Illinois driver’s license or a valid State of Illinois ID card.
Failure to produce the required documentation within 180 calendar days will result in immediate termination of employment.

Nice To Haves
