About The Position

Are you a detail-oriented numbers person who loves keeping things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes? Our Accounting team is looking for an Accounting Associate to help manage the day-to-day financial operations that keep our business moving forward. In this role, you'll own the process for setting up our Customers and Vendors in our accounting database. You will also be responsible for any updates that are needed for those accounts. There will be opportunities in the future to assist with accounts payable and receivables, expense tracking, reporting, and commission processing. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys diving into the details, solving problems, and ensuring accuracy in every transaction.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills - you can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• A commitment to handling confidential information with integrity

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of administrative or accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite software

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer and Vendor setup and maintenance in accounting database
• Update and maintain appropriate listing of W-9s for all accounts payable vendors
• Update and maintain appropriate ACH information for accounts payable vendors
• Manage duties related to vendor contracts beginning, ending, or changes requested
• Support the accounting team with reconciliations, filing, and reporting
• Help with special projects when needed
