About The Position

We are looking for an Accounting Associate with a solid foundation in general accounting to support the Controller in managing diverse accounting functions. Responsibilities include updating spreadsheets and data for accounts payable invoices and departmental reporting, performing accounts payable tasks, and assisting with projects aimed at transitioning to paperless processes.

Requirements

Exposure to general accounting principles and practices.
Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including uploading spreadsheets and linking cells.
Strong understanding of general accounting functions and principles.
Exposure to general accounting processes and ability to multitask effectively.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work with a sense of urgency.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including uploading spreadsheets and linking cells.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Update spreadsheets and maintain accurate data for accounts payable invoices and departmental reporting.
Efficiently and accurately manage all accounts payable functions.
Assist with projects focused on transitioning to a paperless process.
Research and resolve account discrepancies promptly.
Receive, code, and process invoices; manage payments as required.
