Requirements

Strong computer skills and proficient in data entry
Skilled with working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in a team setting, as well as independently
Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and sound judgement
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all positions and departments
Ability to effectively manage time and complete multiple tasks, while continually meeting critical deadlines and responding to changing priorities

Responsibilities

Assist with billing vehicle deals
Support product registration, including processing product purchases and cancellations
Assist with reconciling deal schedules and related accounting records
Support reconciliation of general ledger accounts tied to sales and products
Assist with processing service and parts repair invoices
Support daily banking activities related to deal postings and payments
Assist with month-end close activities as they relate to deal billing and reconciliations
Cross-train in multiple accounting and administrative areas to support team coverage as needed
Assist in other accounting-related functions when required
