Accounting Assistant (Part Time)
About The Position

Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile expense reports in accordance with company policy
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to the procure-to-pay cycle, including purchase orders, invoices, payments, and corporate credit cards
- Manage incoming mail by sorting, scanning, and routing documents to the appropriate stakeholders
- Review and approve purchase order coding on behalf of the accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support audit preparation by assembling and organizing required documentation, and contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed
