About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Billing Professional. This position will support our Accounts Payable Manager as well as our Audio Visual Department in Client Billing. We are looking for an extremely task-oriented, accurate, and efficient candidate who can problem solve and multitask

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
  • A Minimum of 3+ years Microsoft Excel Experience, including pivot tables
  • Job Costing experience
  • Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement.
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operation and month end of the accounts payable department
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices
  • Reconcile AP Vendor Statements
  • Scanning of all invoices into Accounts Payable System
  • Maintain both paper and digital files.
  • Assist with other accounting duties and special projects as assigned
  • Billing of Audio Visual Invoices to clients using Flex Rental Solutions
  • Create Month-End Revenue Share statements for our contract properties
  • Communication with the AV Sales Team to ensure that all client invoices are processed timely and accurately
