We're looking for the best and brightest to take our company to the next level. Due to growth, it has created a need for an Accounting Analyst at our manufacturing facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin. We are seeking a detail-driven individual to support the day-to-day accounting operations of a growing food and beverage manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and ownership of their work, and who has hands-on experience across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The Accounting Analyst will play a key role in maintaining reliable financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with demonstrated exposure to both AP and AR
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, or inventory-based environments preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred
  • Experience with EDI systems and/or BeanWorks a plus
  • PowerBI skills are a major plus
  • Someone who values accuracy over speed, but can balance both
  • A dependable team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities
  • Someone with a hunger for driving efficiency and improving processes

Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Payable invoices, vendor payments, and expense coding with a high level of accuracy
  • Manage Accounts Receivable including cash application, and customer account reconciliations, and collections.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Support inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing-related accounting processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and sales teams
  • Utilize ERP systems to maintain clean, organized, and auditable financial data
  • Miscellaneous office management duties, such as NDA management and reception duties.
