Responsibilities

  • Support and assist in training of Accounting Associates ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Oversee weekly inventory close process for all branches
  • Ensure and monitor branch compliance with MDM/step management
  • Develop and improve processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational or financial issues impacting inventory and branch accountability
  • Prepare reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership regarding inventory close process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and accounting standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
