Responsibilities

Support and assist in training of Accounting Associates ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company policies and procedures
Oversee weekly inventory close process for all branches
Ensure and monitor branch compliance with MDM/step management
Develop and improve processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational or financial issues impacting inventory and branch accountability
Prepare reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership regarding inventory close process
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and accounting standards
Perform other duties as assigned
