Requirements

  • High School or GED, Associates Degree or higher in Accounting preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounting functions at the office level and other duties as assigned.
  • Process payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing.
  • Track and document petty cash account by writing checks, request replenishments, reconcile bank and internal accounting balance.
  • Maintain and update certificates of insurance.
  • Reconcile and code credit card statements.
  • Financial report compilation, distribution and prepare management presentation.
  • Establishing and implementing new procedures to increase inter-department efficiency.
  • Fleet administration including purchases, sales, USDOT requirements and commuting taxes for driver’s payroll.
  • Support receptionists and administrative management of the office.
  • Other duties as assigned.
