SUMMARY: This position is in charge of gathering and sorting cattle shipment invoices and entering line up data into the mainframe. The chosen candidate will also create, check and verify payments made to different producers. This position is a day position that works Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and holidays as needed. Applicant MUST have a flexible schedule to work early mornings into late evenings when needed. Excellent data entry, math and problem solving skills are a must, along with the ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast paced environment. Hired applicant will be required to cross-train in other parts of the office and cover other desks as needed. Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 3:00pm; occasional Saturdays (if needed) REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2 plus years of Office experience preferred. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills; Tyson Business Computer System an understanding of the system features and how to use these features would be helpful. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills. Special Skills: Good attendance and safety record; ability to complete Tyson paperwork; ability to work with little supervision; detail oriented.
