About The Position

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Accounting Department and supporting the VP of Finance. This position requires a blend of organizational expertise, financial acumen, and strong communication skills to keep processes efficient and information flowing seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Information Management: Organize, track, and disseminate critical financial and administrative information across the department.
  • Executive Support: Coordinate priorities, schedules, and communications on behalf of the VPs of Finance, as requested.
  • Banking Operations: Manage the setup and closure of bank accounts, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and timelines.
  • Tax Processing: Assist with processing, review, and submission of tax filings, maintaining accuracy and adherence to requirements.
  • Coordination & Logistics: Serve as the central point of contact for departmental initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and participants are aligned.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, support audits, and uphold confidentiality in all financial matters.
