D&M is seeking to hire a Title Administrator for our accounting team. This role involves processing and completing title work for designated D&M entities related to retail loans, leases, vehicle purchases, renewal registrations for all company vehicles, and any other title transfer needs. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of the vehicle title transfer rules and required forms in the state of Texas, as well as experience with CDK software. The role: Creating Toll Tags for new lease customer, creating record in NTTA system, assigning and mailing sticker to customer Managing âFilesâ email where agents requests documents (lease contract, invoice, warranty, etc) from current customer files and email to sales agent Mail out all license plates, registration stickers for title departments and logging into CarTrack plate tracking module Supports scanning of all new deal folders, trade payoffs, etc into network file Support management of file room by organizing files as needed Supports management with special projects related to file / document retrieval
