About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong analysis skills for account reconciliation and data verification.
- Ability to perform high-volume data entry accurately using 10-key typing skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and resolving vendor inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices using and AI generated accounting software.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate financial records.
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
