Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles
  • Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong analysis skills for account reconciliation and data verification.
  • Ability to perform high-volume data entry accurately using 10-key typing skills.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and resolving vendor inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify vendor invoices using and AI generated accounting software.
  • Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
  • Analyzing workflow processes
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
  • Processing due invoices for payments
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
