Job Description: Request W-9s from vendors as required. Assist with weekly check runs. Assist with the preparation and review of weekly invoices. Collaborate with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support. Performing other duties as assigned by the Controller. Provides general administrative support. Dependable with a strong focus on customer service and time management.
