About The Position

Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time account supervisor to oversee multiple clients/brands while managing and mentoring a high-performing internal account service team. This role drives agency efforts in developing marketing strategies that move the needle for our clients’ businesses. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader dedicated to the professional development of junior staff. They will also act as a proactive business partner, identifying opportunities to move both the client’s business and our agency’s talent forward. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing, or comparable work experience in a relevant field
  • Minimum of eight years of experience within an agency setting
  • Track record of performance marketing and development of integrated, multichannel campaigns
  • Ability to translate analytics and consumer research into actionable marketing strategies
  • Dynamic personality with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills and the confidence to lead high-stakes conversations
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn about data protection (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive

Responsibilities

  • Serve as account lead and primary strategist between the agency and senior-level clients
  • Lead key client meetings and presentations, and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Build and nurture senior-level client relationships while providing strategic thought leadership to drive growth
  • Develop research-driven creative briefs and partner with analytics and media teams to guide strategy and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure client needs are met, provide internal teams with resources, and troubleshoot major client or internal issues
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ industries, target audiences, goals, challenges, and competitive sets
  • Oversee client billing, monitor financial performance of client accounts, and provide budget forecasts to senior management
  • Manage and mentor junior account service staff (onboarding, training, and ongoing career guidance)
  • Revisit agency briefs, strategy documents, and planning process for possible improvements
  • Network and support agency new business efforts to increase agency visibility and develop prospect relationships
